Sleeping Saint Joseph

In the opening chapters of Saint Matthew's Gospel, we read three times about Saint Joseph receiving guidance from God in his dreams. Pope Francis tells us how he regularly places under his statue of Saint Joseph a petition about somthing that concerns him. In this way he places his trust in the fatherly care that Joseph showed towards the Child Jesus, and that he now shows us.
